After 15+ years practicing law, and as a partner at Lane Powell, my career took an unexpected turn when I embarked on a year long fellowship with the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity. During my fellowship year, I was struck with a deep desire to serve my fellow lawyers as an ambassador for inclusivity and diversity in the profession. With this new passion, I created Lane Powell’s first formal Director of Professional Development and Diversity role, which I proudly held for almost five years. During this time I gained knowledge and experience in developing talent and increasing diversity, equity and inclusion. Adding to that, I became a certified Integral Coach and now bring a deep understanding of helping others develop personal excellence to the work I do. I now get to spend my days working with individuals and organizations to help them reach excellence.
